A unique feature of the house is the Captains's Cabin on the top floor. This was the domain of the original owner of the house, a tea clipper captain called John Smith, who transformed the room into an exact replica of a Ship Master's Cabin. Its small east facing window looks towards Anstruther harbour where he could see the fishing fleet. Strictly non-smoking throughout the house. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor between 8 and 9 am.
Breakfast is available earlier by prior arrangement for guests who have an early departure or an early golf tee time. At The Spindrift we use locally sourced produce to ensure only the best quality and best value. This can be appreciated in our breakfast which changes slightly every day.
