we use locally sourced produce such as fish, cheese, meat
and bacon and in season fruit and vegetables. Freshness and
quality are the ingredients in every dish enabling The Spindrift
to win the following accolades for cooking. We cater for special diets such as vegetarian, vegan, dairy and nut free.

Breakfast: served between 8 - 9am and is available earlier by prior arrangement.
Dinner: is by prior arrangement and is served at 7pm with the menu changing daily.
